As a continuing care retirement center and has used Cynthia Chow and Associates for over 10 years. During this time, we have worked with the same RD and she has become a member of our team. Cynthia Chow has been accessible and reliable with their site visits, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Importantly, our RD keeps us well informed of new dining or nutritional regulations, and provides us with sample policies to adapt to our community policies. The RD performs keen observations of meal service, food preparation and storage, in-servicing, and educating staff. Over the years, we have expanded the role of the RD and increased hours to assist us in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all residents. I have worked with Cynthia Chow at other locations as well and highly recommend them for all dietary and dining needs.
